Premium Preserve Biltong Spice is a gourmet biltong spice perfectly suited for home and small to medium scale manufacture. This is not a low cost blend like that which is usually used for large scale production to increase profit margins.

Use 35 to 50 grams of Premium Preserve Biltong Spice per kilogram of raw meat to make tasty biltong.
