Loading... Please wait...These purposely-designed plastic meat hooks are perfect for hanging meat when making biltong. Each hook is almost 8 centimetres long and can support up to 5 Kilograms. The ends are tapered into points which are designed to effortlessly puncture raw meat but require considerable effort to puncture live fingers.
These biltong hooks are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. To prevent mould it is recommended you soak the hooks in wine or vinegar before each use.
